CHAMBER TO HOST LUNCH AND LEARN JANUARY 8, 2014
“Health & Wellness for the New Year”
The Emporia Area Chamber and Visitors Bureau will host the first Lunch and Learn workshop of 2014 on Wednesday, January 8, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in the Valu Net Smart Room of the Trusler Business Center, 719 Commercial. Greg Bachman owner of Emporia Fitness will present “Health & Wellness for the New Year”.. We all know that we should be healthy but sometimes getting there is not the easiest. Learn fun and exciting ways to make this change in the New Year!
Reservations must be made by noon Tuesday, January 7. Please RSVP on-line through the Community Calendar at www.emporiakschamber.org or by calling 620-342-1600. Cost is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. A box lunch will be provided for all reservations. All cancellations must be made 24 hours before the event.
