Merchant Participation Form

The Chamber is pleased to confirm your participation as a merchant in the Shop Emporia Gift Certificate Program. By joining/renewing this program, you acknowledge that for each redeemed gift certificate at your business, the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce will withhold a 3% handling fee from the face value of the certificate.

It is important to note that certificiates can only be redeemed by patrons with an active membership. Upon receiving the redeemed gift certificate, the Chamber will promptly issue a check for the total value of the gift certificate, minus the handling fee.
