The Emporia Area Chamber and Visitors Bureau will host a Ribbon Cutting on Tuesday, February 13 at 11:30 a.m. for Springeman Construction at 1718 Del Oso Dr. in Emporia to celebrate the completion of their newest house.
Ribbon Cuttings are “FREE” to attend and always open to the public.
