EMPORIA, KAN. – The Emporia Area Chamber and Visitors Bureau welcomes New Chamber member Farmers Insurance Luis Tapia Hernandez Agency. Luis has been a resident of Emporia for 25 years receiving all of his high school and college education from Emporia High School, Flint Hills Technical College, and Emporia State University. In his appreciation towards the community Luis is proud to offer different insurance products.
