Third Annual Field to Feast
The Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce along with Flint Hills Technical College Culinary Arts will hold the Third Annual Field to Feast on Saturday, September 29 at the beautiful home of Rex & Debbie Williams, 1529 Road K just south of Emporia.
The social with Hors d’oeuvres will begin at 4:00 p.m. with dinner being served at 5:00 p.m. Come enjoy Emporia’s original casual yet elegant dining farm to table experience served in the Flint Hills. The four-course meal will be prepared by the Flint Hills Technical College Culinary Arts students. Each course is paired with a wine. Part of the proceeds from this event along with all of the cash tips will go to the Flint Hills Technical College Culinary Arts students in helping them to attend future culinary competitions.
The evening is underwritten by PrairieLand Partners John Deere. Tickets are $100 each. Seating is limited. Call the Chamber at 620-342-1600 for reservations.
The Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization of 450 area businesses that join forces to accomplish collectively what no one business could do individually. The mission of the Chamber is to be proactive in creating an environment for business and community success.
