Sterling House of Emporia is rebuilding and the changes are simply stunning!
We were fortunate enough to attend the Open House at the Sterling House of Emporia held just days after the one year anniversary of a fire that partially destroyed the assisted living facility. The Open House included a tour of the facility and a model room. There are 26 apartments that can accommodate up to 34 residents. Residents of the facility will receive the same services and superior level of care that was provided before the fire. The Sterling House of Emporia will start their hiring process for staff shortly and are already accepting applications for housing. They are planning on opening their doors in October 2015.
