EMPORIA, KAN. – The Emporia Area Chamber and Visitors Bureau will host a Ribbon Cutting on Friday, November 3 at 11:30 a.m. for Saint Francis Community Services. Saint Francis is celebrating their new location, 1221 E. 12th Ave. in Emporia.
Ribbon Cuttings are “FREE” to attend and always open to the public.
