EMPORIA, KAN. – The Emporia Area Chamber and Visitors Bureau will host a Ribbon Cutting on Thursday, October 16, at 11:30 a.m. for the new (KDOT) Kansas Department of Transportation and (KTA) Kansas Turnpike Authority Co-Facility, 4200 W. US Highway 50.
Ribbon Cuttings are “FREE” to attend and always open to the public.
