The Emporia Area Chamber and Visitors Bureau will host two Ribbon Cuttings on Friday, August 31 at 10:30 a.m. for Neosho Rapids Elementary, 240 N. Commercial St., Neosho Rapids, KS, and at 11:30 a.m. for Hartford Jr/Sr High School, 100 Commercial St., Hartford, KS.
Both locations have new buildings. Tours available upon request.
Ribbon Cuttings are “FREE” to attend and always open to the public.
