The Emporia Area Chamber and Visitors Bureau is proud to announce that Tina Khan of Kansas State University and Gretchen Russell of Subway have received their Case-in-Point Level 2 Certifications through the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC).
Khan & Russell are actively involved in the Leadership Emporia program through the Emporia Area Chamber of Commerce.
Case-in-Point is a teaching methodology in which the practitioner uses a class or team as a case study for learning about leadership. It is challenging for both the teacher and the learner. At the KLC, Khan & Russell learned to manage themselves when the heat gets high, got feedback from peers and master practitioners, practiced using Case-in-Point in front of a live audience, received personal mentoring, and much more.
